As far as the fungi article goes, there are alot of factors that go into the taste of a coffee, fungi is one of them, but only part of a whole. But yeah, I love fungus too.
Steve of Dogmilque is an ok guy. I met him at the Western Regional Barista Jam. We didn&#039;t get to talk much, but from our interactions he left a good impression on me. He&#039;s the infamous barista that fell from a third story window.</description>
