A new coffee shop is opening in Gilbert (late July) called quite simply ‘The Coffee Shop.’ I’m not sure whether to cry because the name is so generic or just give you a link to the article and end this post.

Wow, aren’t they bright eyed and bushy tailed. I wish them luck. From the sound of the article coffee is not the focus of the place; Mom’s great cooking is. You never know they may have an excellent cup.
