Pastries, Cookies, Cakes, and Sweets

I was just at Seattle’s Best Coffee inside of the Border’s bookstore at 24th St and Camelback Rd. and I got a white chocolate chip cookie. They asked me if I wanted it warmed up and I said yes. And may I just say it was unbelievable. It was moist on the inside and the chocolate chips were all melted.

So, what are you doing to make your edibles amazing?

Mmmm… has anybody here read the book Free Prize Inside? It’s one of my favorites. It syncs up with what a lot of the people in the coffee industry talk about: make your product of better quality and the people will come.

We use butter and fresh fruit in our pastries, and we make them fresh. Not on location but we are working on that.
