Espresso #2

I visited Fair Trade Cafe on Thursday and waited by the counter while my espresso was made. I took this photo as soon as I got to my seat. The last espresso from FTC that I posted created a bit of discussion and I wanted to follow up on it.
Double espresso.
Mocha which had really awful frothing and I couldn’t taste much, if any chocolate.

OK, now that doppio made me drool. The mocha looks a bit less appetizing, I agree, but the crema on that espresso isn’t to bad by half.

Difficult to tell on the doppio, but I bet it was a bit sour. I’m not knockin’ it or anything, just an ctritique based on the visual.
