		<description>Sad, but not unexpected. Both Sweet Pea and 
Royal were hidden gems at the south end of Downtown, but their location was not proximate to most other Downtown attractions, and the construction of the new court tower has made it difficult to get to Jackson Street. I&#039;ve been pleased with Royal&#039;s new operation at the Urban Market and hope they are successful there.</description>
