I’m going to start a new occasional feature here on Arizona Coffee called “Ask the Coffee Snob” and it will give you a chance to ask any sort of coffee related question and I’ll find someone to answer it in an intelligent manner (if I can’t answer it myself). If your question relates to pulling a great shot of espresso I’ll scope out a good barista. If your question relates to coffee origins I’ll ask a roaster or coffee grower. Some interesting questions might be: Should I freeze my coffee beans? What is crema? What’s the best way to prepare coffee? As you can see, there are a variety of questions and I hope to make this a regular feature. To be the first to the table and most likely to grow up strong and marry rich, simply leave a comment with a question.
