I just received this email from someone named Michael, and wondered if anyone would want to comment? I am going to be visiting Phoenix in Feb. and was homping to find micro-roaster coffeeshops, serving their own in-house. I appreciate your rather extensive list of coffee shops, but I would like to find in-house roasters. A few places I can think of, would be LUX, Village Coffee Roastery, and Cave Creek Coffee Company.
