Heather Monk writes: I’m always looking for great coffee on my travels through Arizona and I’d like to nominate Mountain Java in Heber-Overgaard. Their espresso is so much better than anywhere I’ve ever been that it’s ruined my other favorite coffee shops for me. Mountain Java is very small and not at all trendy but that doesn’t matter when you’re making fabulous coffee. Make sure to stop in if your traveling on Hwy 260. Austin I’ll have to keep that place in mind. I go up there every now and again to my friend’s cabin. 0 Reply April 25, 2007

Beth I have tried both coffee shops in Heber and Mountain Java is the best one yet! I even love it better than Starbucks and that says a lot. The atmosphere is warm and inviting as well. My family will continue to go to Mountain Java for its smooth coffee and homemade pastries. 0 Reply February 5, 2011
