The Willow House has re opened and was featured in the newspaper. Other regulars have not been deterred, wanting to see the new shop, in a remodeled house with wood floors, brightly colored walls and custom-made steel flowers on the windows. “I like the new spot. I think it’s a nicer building,” said Carlos Villegas, a 26-year-old customer who’s been a regular for about 12 years, since he was in high school. “We were just happy that the Willow House wasn’t closing.”
