A reader named Vanessa wrote today and let me know about a new coffee shop in Scottsdale named Intatto Coffee. I hadn’t heard about it before but I managed to find their web site. You should add Intatto to your list of coffee places in Phoenix. I just recently found it and it hasn’t been open very long, but they roast their own coffee and truly have the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had in AZ. Located at Greenway and Tatum – the couple moved from Hawaii where they had a coffee shop. Try it – you won’t be sorry!
Austin I’ll swing by there. I am oftentimes looking for some place to hang out during my lunch break. 0 Reply February 10, 2008
Douglas & Leslie Terrill I have been meaning to let you know that we have opened our family coffee roasting business but we have been pretty busy since we opened last month. Come on by and truely taste the difference of fresh roasted in small batches daily! The food is also fresh and good! The smoothie is all fresh frozen fruit perfect in the morning also! Thanks for putting us up on your site we will have a calender of events soon. Check our website for updates. http://www.intattocoffee.com 0 Reply February 11, 2008
Rich Woods Plus they have FREE Wi-Fi. No, not the Starbucks type of free (or fee) Wi-Fi – but totally free. The food is great and Doug made the BEST mushroom soup I’ve had (excluding my Grandmother’s and my Aunt Mary’s) and that was over 50 years ago! Stop by – great people – plus their daughter has the best musical selections playing – no DVD’s being played for sale. 0 Reply February 13, 2008
Austin What is the address there? I was driving all around that corner in both albertsons and safeway parking lots. The only thing i found was shop that was closed down by the landlord. 0 Reply February 14, 2008
Chris Tingom Austin, it’s visible (barely) on the packaging. Actually, scratch that. I can’t see the number. 0 Reply February 14, 2008
leslie Hi all, sorry we are so hard to find. We are located in the Safeway shopping center on the corner of Tatum and Greenway. We are tucked away in the corner between Monty’s music and Moto photo. 4847 E Greenway road 602-992-6760. We open @ 6:00am and close around 7:00pm. Douglas usually starts the roaster up around 10:00am. hope to see you soon. 0 Reply February 14, 2008
Austin Well Crap. I ended up getting a starbucks at the safeway. It seriously ruined my day (not your fault). I’ll try to stop in there today. 0 Reply February 15, 2008
Mike Intatto is really the best coffee I’ve ever had in Arizona! I also tried a cup of their Espresso and it’s the best I’ve had. Well worth the trip. Doug and Leslie really care about the quality if their products and are eager to educate customers about coffee and espresso. I’m hooked! They are located in the only corner of this strip mall-on the southeast part of the property. 0 Reply February 16, 2008
Brandon This place is well worth the drive, even if you have to go out of your way! Thank you guys for bringing your passion for coffee to the valley! The coffee, espresso & even the food can’t get any fresher! They offer a variety of fresh roasted coffee everyday! That’s all I need… 0 Reply February 16, 2008
