Word on the street is that Daily Buzz Coffeehouse has opened in Queen Creek, AZ. After a soft launch on Friday, Daily Buzz is open for business starting today (6:00 AM until 4:00 PM daily). They have lots of photos and a news blog on their MySpace page. Also of note, Daily Buzz is the first coffee house that I know of to fully adopt the use of Twitter. They have a Twitter page set up at http://twitter.com/DailyBuzz and they’re using it to share news about daily happenings at Daily Buzz. Daily Buzz has free wireless internet, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and more. I’ll be visiting Daily Buzz later this week and will share some photos and tell you about the coffee then. Austin I stopped by on Saturday to check the place out. I told my wife that if/when I have the opportunity my design studio is going to look exactly like Daily Buzz. I grabbed a cappuccino and when they asked if I wanted a flavor I got really scared, but I thought, “No this is AZBill’s place. He’s not hiding anything” Sure enough it was really good even without the flavor. The coffee shined through wonderfully, the milk foaming was good. I would say it was great for a pre-opening, and I expect it to only get better. Makes Queen Creek worth living in. (even with the housing slump). Next one needs to open in North Mesa where there aren’t any coffee shops (not even *$) 0 Reply March 10, 2008

steve kessler Stopped by there this morning to have an espresso. It’s great to see the place open for business. Carla did a great job with pulling my shot. I left a happy (and jittery) man. 0 Reply March 22, 2008
