Psyd So, under the grinder chute, no rotation (distribution) of the PF what so ever, the tamp is way out of level, and that pull looks a bit thin and wan. Like serious channeling. Maybe I’m just a bit too serious about technique and end result, but if I saw a barista doing these things, I’d probably try to escape the shop before he tried to charge me for it. They have a good rep in Oz for their coffee, so I’m thinking that this is not representative. 0 Reply September 1, 2008
