John Hall, owner and roaster over at Desert Rain Coffee has emailed me a couple of photos of his new Bosco Lever Machine. They are built to order in Naples, Italy by the Bosco family. If you aren’t familiar with Desert Rain Coffee, they are a coffee shop operating out of Oro Valley Hospital. They roast all of their own coffee and have been in business for almost 7 years.
