A new Dutch Bros. location has opened at Paradise Valley Mall, across from JC Penny, and near Costco, Target, and REI. Paradise Valley Mall is such a great location, and a virtual desert for coffee places. By my count, this is the 12th Dutch Bros. Coffee location in Arizona.
