I received an email yesterday from a woman who lives in Chandler, AZ and has a goal of importing coffee from her family’s coffee farm in Brasil (in the Alta Mogiana region, in the south of Minas Gerais). It sounds like up until now, they haven’t imported any coffee to the states. She wants to introduce her families coffee to Arizona by importing and roasting, but isn’t sure if she should use a green coffee importer to bring the coffee here, or do that herself. She’s also interested in finding a local roaster that can roast and label her coffee, and guide her in the right direction. What advice would you give to someone in her shoes? What questions would you ask?
Chris Tingom Hi David… answered this question over the phone with you, but I don’t know if it is organic. 0 Reply April 28, 2014
