i’m back from Brasil! A bunch of emails came in from readers while I was away and I wanted to thank you. Keep them coming. I’ll consider any of them for publication unless you specify otherwise. Here are some of the best from the last two weeks with minor edits for clarity.

Hi! We are a new local coffee roaster in the Scottsdale Airpark. We moved at the begining of the year from Seattle. Just wanted to see how to get listed on this website, and invite you down sometime to try the coffee.
Talk to you soon, Mario

Hey Chris,
Someone just pointed me to your site, which by the way is awesome!. We are an independent coffeeshop in Ahwatukee, on the NE corner of 48th st. and Chandler Blvd. This is the third coffeeshop in this location and I think I’m the 5th or 6th owner. Weve been open since Sept. of ’05, and we are rapidly growing. Anyway, as well as fantastic coffee, we have a wonderful lunch menu, with sandwiches, wraps, and salads. We have an open mic night every Wed. from 7-11 pm and do some feature acts on the weekend. Local artists “Peachcake” just performed here to a packed house. We are also a fine art photography gallery (a satellite location for Tilt Gallery, which is in the first Friday district). Well I just thought I would mention we are here, and if you’re ever in this neck of the woods stop on in.

Hello. I just thought you might be interested in knowing about a couple of other coffee roasters in Tucson. One of them is Capulin Coffee, who are notable for having coffee that is traditionally processed (by hand) in Mexico. Another is Adventure Coffee Roasting, who have Fair Trade coffee and often sell at the farmers’ market at St. Phillip’s Plaza in Tucson.

We’re a neighborhood friendly coffee shop on the southeast side of Tucson. We take pride in serving delicious specialty drinks, and we feature some of Tucson’s best live acoustic music on Friday and Saturday nights.
