Sweetened condensed milk, the unsung hero of coffee. I love that stuff. It can be used in various ways, one in coffee in various doses so as to make kick ass drinks that are slightly sweet with a little more creaminess; two, in my favorite flan recipe. MMMM Sweetened Condensed Milk, I love you.

  2. There are a lot of people in town that really love this drink and have no clue what it’s about. It’s surprising.

Well that froth looks horrible. What size is that? With a properly frothed latte, S.C.M. gives the drink a mouth feel that almost makes you want to chew it. Not that it’s chunky, blech, but that it’s thick without being sickenly sweet, and it still allows the coffee’s flavor to come through. Unlike some chocholates that cover it up. I like to use it in a few shaken coffee drinks in my repitoire.

  4. Mmm, sweet condensed milk. But how do you froth it? I’m not sure how it is there, but here condensed milk is as thicker than honey. Do you mix it with whole milk?
